Abstract: The School Safety Hotline functions as a bilingual interactive voicemail system that picks up information from callers, transcribes it, and faxes it to the appropriate officials. The system functions 24 hours a day year round. Individuals can report incidents that involve weapons, drugs, alcohol, violence, harassment, vandalism, or theft in an anonymous format.
